INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Well, if your reading this then you have probably gotten Quest
already installed. If not, to install Quest simply extract all of
those files from the .zip file that you downloaded from the website to
a folder or C:\Windows\Temp (Or simply double click on Setup.exe
inside of WinZip). Setup.exe should be one of those files so after you
have extracted all of the files double click, or run, setup.exe.
Follow all of the on screen instructions and install Quest anywhere
you like (Preferably C:\Program Files\Quest - but it makes no
difference).
After its finished installing it will place a shortcut in your
Start Menu bar. Open Quest by going to Start » Programs » Quest » Play Quest. You will first have to create a new character so
click on New User then click Next. Answer all of the questions and
then hit Submit after everything is filled out. If it was successful
you will be warped back to the times of the 14th century. If you get a
error creating a new user then this means that someone has already
chosen then username that you are trying to use or that the Quest
server may be down temporarily.
After you create your character you will need to click on Login and
click Next. Then enter your Username and Password and click Continue.
Assuming your entered your correct Username and Password, the Town
Center should load up on your screen and your all set to experience
the wonderful world of Quest!
